* All new players must submit a copy of your birth certificates.
* All registrations must be submitted online, and should be done using a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card. (Note: NO CHECKS ACCEPTED)
* Please remember, only after payment is received in full does the online application become active and the player can be assigned to a team, have uniform ordered, etc.
*You will be responsible for providing practice pants and jersey.
* NO REFUNDS
*No special transportation requests will be permitted as it relates to assignment to a team. Players must play in their assigned age groups.
